THE ENCHANTMENT OF LIGHT PAINTS THE WALLS OF LOVERE 
Technology and Art for an extraordinary project

The Lovere municipal administration, with a view to enhancing the natural beauty of the Borgo, pearl of Lake Iseo, has chosen the works of internationally renowned Tuscan artist Giampaolo Talani for the architectural lighting project, one of the largest ever realised in Italy.
The 'Borgo della Luce' (Village of Light) is born through the illumination of more than 10,000 square metres of buildings on which master Talani's paintings will come to life. Light, Art and one of the most beautiful villages in Italy are the excellences from whose synergy an event is born, the only one of its kind in Italy, which every evening from 22 July to 10 September will offer wonder and new emotions.
On Saturday 22 July, Lovere's municipal administration together with Maestro Giampaolo Talani and the company Proietta of Avigliana gave a preview of the 'Borgo della luce' project during the conference 'Light, Architecture and Beauty', an anticipation of the first national conference to be held in September in Lovere on the occasion of the 1st National Festival of Italy's Most Beautiful Lakeside and River Villages 'Chiare, fresche et dolci acque'.
Initiative aimed at the cultural and touristic valorisation of Italian landscape excellences.

The locations covered by the event: Piazza Tredici Martiri, lakeside Lady Montagu, Accademia Tadini, Palazzo Marinoni, Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, Piazza Garibaldi.
